ROMAN
PAYNE - Roman
Payne, American
novelist living
in Saint
Germain des Prés,
founded Paris Guestlist
in
2008 while researching
the European party
scene for his
fourth novel, Rooftop
Soliloquy.
Payne began organizing
social events back
in 2000 when — as
a young expatriate
reporter and 'Fashion
Week' runway
photographer — he
organized casting parties
to scout models
for
agencies and fashion
magazines. Currently,
when Roman isn't writing
books, he enjoys
wandering Paris; reading,
running and yoga, as
well as throwing parties
and working on
entrepreneurial projects,
such as Paris Guestlist.

VAL
BORDEAU -
Val Bordeau grew
up in France surrounded
by art, music, theatre,
passion, and adventure.
Her early taste for
culture and society
led her to work in
the luxury hotel
business and in
event management.
She now lives in
the quartier
de l’Opéra and
enjoys horse racing,
world travel, and
indulging in
the
pleasures of
life. Yet her "coté société" is
balanced by an adventurous
love
of rock concerts,
Ibiza clubbing, and
overall: race car
driving. Still, Val
remains close to
people,
and
to projects whose
interests are humanitarian.
Val
plans to travel
soon to Africa to
help Senegalese
children.
